Uitstekend locatie in het centrum. Dicht bij restaurants en bars. Goede bedden en prima douche. De eigenaar heeft ons uitstekend geholpen met het boeken van excursies.

Het is een charmant houten gebouw waardoor je soms wat geluid van de buren hoort.

Het was er schoon. De eigenaar was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heeft meerdere dingen geregeld zoals toegangskaarten voor theater en natuurgebied.

Le staff est vraiment très très sympathiques, ils font de leur mieux pour rendre le séjour incroyable et ils tentent de parler anglais. La localisation est parfaite, c'est un établissement qui nous plonge dans quelque chose d'authentique, ce n'est pas un hôtel comme vous pouvez vous attendre. Il faut que vous soyez ouvert d'esprit et aimez découvrir une culture différente. Le petit déjeuner ne propose presque rien de "continental"/"western" donc ne soyez pas surpris. Leur petit déjeuner était vraiment délicieux. La chambre spacieuse avec une climatisation, des bouteilles d'eau... parfait.

Ça ne concerne pas l'établissement mais plutôt les autres voyageurs qui malheureusement ne respectent pas le calme dans les couloirs. Donc si vous tombez sur des voyageurs bruyants et que vous voulez dormir le matin ça risque d'être un problème.

This is a wonderful hotel. Jaysen was so helpful in advance in every aspect, starting with advice on how to get from the train station. We had a warm welcome on arrival from him and his wife who both speak English, and cups of delicious green tea farmed by Jaysen's family. They arranged a great guide for us to visit Hongcun and Xidi villages and gave good advice ahead of our mountain visit. We were also well looked after by driver Wang, even with an unexpected lift back to the station when we left. The home cooked breakfast every day was delicious. The hotel is on a busy commercial street with modern restaurants but it still has charm and is near Tunxi Old Street. I rarely give 5 star reviews but this place was worth it, it felt like a treat to be so well looked after. Thank you Mild Spring Hotel.

I've marked down slightly on facilities because it would be nice to have a door on the loo rather than just a curtain but it does add to the traditional feel. And that feels like I'm being very picky.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in China. It is spotless, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was delicious with excellent coffee. Our host was incredibly helpful with lots of information about Huangshan mountain, and he arranged our onward travel by bus. I highly recommend this hotel.
