Wie immer eine gute Unterkunft zum vernünftigen Preis

Auf Grund des Konzeptes sind keine Mitarbeiter vorhanden. Grundsätzlich ist das ok. Möchte man etwas später einchecken und versucht die Hot-Line zu erreichen, ist es sehr schwer jemanden ans Telefon zu bekommen

Gute Lage, Parkplatz am Haus, sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Service, großzügiges Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Küchenzeile

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden

Ich habe so meine Erfahrungen mit dieser Kette, aber Gochsheim ist zu empfehlen. Zimmer gut geheizt, diesmal sogar mit Kleiderschrank und ausreichend Bügeln. Parken ist ja nie ein Problem.

Wie üblich ist die Lage gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ziemlich viel Lärm am Raucher-Point

Malheureusement il manquait un peu de propreté. Des taches un peu partout ( rebord de la fenêtre, salle de bain, sol, etc) Heureusement le lit paraît propre.

Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet.

Wir haben mit dem Zimmercode die Tür nicht öffnen können! Es hat "entriegelt" aber die Tür ließ sich nicht öffnen! Wir haben auch schon gelesen, dass man kraftvoll die Tür öffnen soll, aber es klappte nicht. Da es 22.15 Uhr war konnten wir telefonisch niemanden erreichen, da die Hotline nur bis 22 Uhr geschaltet ist. Ein absolutes NoGo! Wir waren kurz davor ein anderes Hotel anzufahren, als uns ein freundlicher rauchender Nachbarbewohner geholfen hat, hat scheinbar die Klinke fester runtergedrückt und sich mit voller Wucht gegen die Tür gestemmt hat. Da muss dringend dran bearbeitet werden, das Problem ist scheinbar bekannt!!

We followed the instructions provided in the confirmation email to retrieve the access pin for our room. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts—over 10 times—the pin never arrived to our phone. We tried to send to code to both our phone numbers but it would not send it. Even though it would say check in complete and the pin will arrive shortly. We emailed the hotel but nothing happened. Since this was a staff-free hotel, the access pin was the only way we could enter the room. We attempted to contact the hotel by phone, but were instructed to email Booking.com the next morning for assistance. As a result, we had no option but to sleep in our car overnight with our 13-year-old child. This was an extremely distressing and exhausting experience, especially after a full day of travel. Given that we were unable to access the room we paid for, I am requesting a full refund for this booking. I hope you understand the severity of the situation and the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

I couldnt enter the hotel. Had to sleep in the car. I need my money baxk.
