Room is cozy and clean Staff are very nice and friendly

I chose this hotel for the sauna, but couldn’t use it in this trip and got late notice on the same day that there wasn’t any staff. Wish to get notice beforehand

Immer gern in der Bergpension! Sehr zu empfehlen! Frühstück super top!

Leider war das Zimmer nicht ordentlich gereinigt - wurde aber sofort erledigt als man darauf hinwies. Es wurde auch eine Ersparnis für den Aufenthalt gegeben, wegen der Sauberkeit. Das hat uns sehr gefreut! Man hat sich gesehen und gehört gefühlt vom Personal! Sehr guter Umgang mit Problemen! Danke!
