The hotel, in general, was good, and the location is great for traveling people. The hotel is a little bit old and needs some renovation

The staff at the reception was not helpful at all, specifically during the check-in. She doesn't speak other languages except Germany. And she doesn't even try to understand what we are telling them. The checkout went smoothly
