The staff was really friendly and professional. The room was comfortable, and I could sleep very well because of the good mattress and quietness.

The breakfast has nearly no vegan options. Additionally, the WiFi was a bit slow, or the connection got lost a few times.

Well located in a suburbs of Hamburg. Close to restaurants and other amenities. Had secure storage for our bikes and the staff were excellent.
