I booked the hotel on the road at night via Booking, half an hour before my arrival. I received a PIN code for the key box, but when I arrived, it turned out to be completely empty. Since the hotel was closed and it was the middle of the night, after waiting around for half an hour, I decided to look for another accommodation 60 km away. At the same time, I messaged the staff to explain the situation and requested a refund. In the morning, I received a reply saying they "checked the cameras" and claimed I wasn't there at all, so they would be keeping the payment. After I sent them photos taken in front of the hotel proving my presence, they changed their story and stated that I "didn't try hard enough" to get inside, using that as an excuse to deny the refund. No keys in the lockbox. No room. No breakfast. No refund for unprovided services I have absolutely no idea what they charged me for. Watch out! They don't deserve you or your money.
