The staff were very friendly and the location couldn't be more convenient!

All was excellent, just the bathroom light was quite dark. Didn't light up the little room enough. Literally the only tiny negative I came across though.

Location was perfect Staffs are helpful and friendly

Internet was bad. It was disconnected very often. Pillows are not comfortable Shampoo and dush jels at the bathroom were in small package which is not enough.

The location was excellent, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff, when present, were friendly and helpful.

The reception staffing was very limited and so check in was only during very limited hours. The hotel provided 1 set of physical keys but required us to give credit card details for a €50 deposit to take a 2nd set (it was a twin room for business, so we needed 2 sets). This was not taken as a card machine deposit like I expected but they copied my card number and security key onto a piece of paper and this they would use if we didn't return the keys. This is very unsafe in terms of CC fraud and made me feel very uncomfortable. I will now need to change my credit card due to security risks which is a hassle I could do without. I do not know what would happen if you lost the keys outside of the very limited reception hours, as there was no body there after 1800, I expect you would have to find another accommodation which could be difficult or impossible.

Very clean; great location; prompt response to messages from hotel staff.

The location is amazing for under €1000,-, very small room but enough for me.

It was very hot in the room, but can be solved by leaving the window open.
