Great Location, very Clean, Room, good Value for the Money

The location, very nice area. Lift. It was relatively comfortable.

Room was very run down. Although I know it's to be expected in an old building, the furnishings are very cheap and the carpet was old and frayed.

Very close to Hamburg Dammtor station and Dammtor park. Away from city noise.

It s only to use for sleeping. The breakfast on the corner is great.

At home i have a big bed and with a hard matras. So i am spoiled with my own bed. The first two night i couldn t get the heat out of the room.

Easy check-in, it was quite at night despite it being a Saturday night, beds were comfy but maybe too soft for some people, everything was clean, windows can be opened all the way, very close to the underground station Stephansplatz

Rooms/general interior looks a bit dated and could do with a makeover, but maybe that's just the style of the hotel, I found it a bit overpriced but we booked very last minute

On a street closed to car traffic, opposite a beautiful old building. Dammtor Bahnhof is so close. U1 around the corner and U2 a short walk away. Many restaurants and great shopping opportunities outside the door. Beautiful, multi-faceted park is so close by. Great for my morning jog. Room 21 is meant for 3-4 people and is spacious. Great water pressure in the shower. Room service was a plus. Comfortable cotton sheets. Furnishings are 40+ years old but still in good condition. Elevator was a plus for such an old building.

The daybed in room 21 should be replaced. One can see and hear the springs. Some street noise in the morning (trash collection). I had to lock my sleeping kids into the room while I went out for a jog. This is not good for fire safety.

We were really really disappointed - we did not like anything about the property. We actually wanted to make a complaint.

For the cost of the room the hotel was not good value at all - very disappointing.
