Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausreichend. Personal im beim Frühstück war freundlich.

Handtücher waren teilweise verschlissen. Seife wurde leider mehrere Tage nicht aufgefüllt, trotz einem Hinweis. Kühlschrank Innenteile waren kaputt, wurde von uns aber gleich gemeldet.

Moderne, sehr grosse Zimmer. Nähe Zentrum. Bequeme Betten.

Balkon nicht zu gebrauchen, da an einer sehr lauter Strasse. Schlechtes Früstück. Mussten einen Tisch selber reinigen. Kein Brot, Eierspeisen oder Muesli mehr. Keine frisches Obst. Die gebrauchten Tische wurden nicht gesäubert. Meine Kritik wurde nicht ernst genommen. Beim Check-out musste ich die Receptionistin suchen. Sie war beim schwatzen im Restaurant bei den 2 anderen Mitarbeiter... Keine verantwortlichen Mitarbeiter. Kein Kritikmanagement. Schade

"Fantastic Rooms & Breakfast"

The room was fantastic. The breakfast was fantastic. Reception was easy and available after 5 with self-check-in.

No tea making in the room - no fridge in the room. Tea & coffee available in the restaurant but they wanted to charge us. The lights switch in the rooms are too elaborate... All on or all off - lots of clicking switches to get some ambient lights on. Only one key card given - which also operates everything in the room - if one person takes it outside - the other person is left in the dark 🌑.
