Absolutely fantastic hotel, location, staff exceptional, courteous and friendly, room was perfect (comfortable, clean and spacious). When in Kleve, this is the place to book!

The staff were so courteous and friendly. The location was good.

The furnishings of the room are a bit bleak. The TV was not properly working for some of the channels.

The staff are outstanding, both in the hotel and at the restaurant. The breakfasts were great, good options and lots of attention from our staff. My colleague and I were blown away by our dinner at the restaurant. Both our dishes were FANTASTIC!!!! The travel sacks were an unbelievably nice touch on our flying day! Thank you to all.

The room is a little outdated.

"Dit hotel komen wij niet meer,jammer dat jullie de ontbrekende dingen niet doorgeven"

De grote van de kamer, een fijn bed.

Ik loop met een rollator, er was geen lift. Trappen lopen kan ik niet goed. Restaurant was dicht. Badkamer zeker niet schoon, op de vloer lag nog allemaal vuil en de houder van toiletpapier was te vies om aan te pakken.
