Beworben wurde die Unterkunft zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung (wurde mitlerweile geändert) mit (Zitat): "Essensangebot: Das familienfreundliche Restaurant serviert italienische Küche mit vegetarischen Optionen. Sie können ein kontinentales oder Buffetfrühstück mit Saft, Käse und Obst genießen." (gegen Aufpreis vor Ort ...war nicht im Preis inkludiert). Nach der Buchung wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, daß das Restaurant derzeit geschlossen ist. Nunja, soweit so gut, kann ja mal passieren. Da für eine alleinreisende Frau mit 2 Kleinkindern allerdings die Möglichkeit von Abendessen und Frühstück in gemütlicher Atmosphäre im Hotel essentiell war, wurde umgehend die (kostenlose) Stornierung angefragt ...sowohl persönlich als auch über Booking. Leider wurde dies immer wieder durch den unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter abgelehnt und man solle doch stornieren und Geld würde man halt keins zurück erhalten. Unmögliches und freches Verhalten! Man kann nicht mit einer Leistung werben und dann eine kostenlose Stornierung ablehnen wenn die Leistung nicht erbracht werden kann.

Es war alle gut organisiert. Teppich im Gang selbst mit Koffer mit Rollen sehr ruhig -top-. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer- super für morgens - toller Service-

Hinter Fernseher war es extrem staubig. Sieht man wenn man vom Balkon rein kommt. War nicht so schön zu sehen - ansonsten top.

Ein durchaus nettes Hotel in guter Nähe zu Geiselwind, mit vielen freien Parkplätzen. Wir hatten ein nettes Zimmer im Dachgeschoß gebucht, klein, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Blick auf den Innenhof, großer Balkon, kleines Bad. Wir haben und gleich wohlgefühlt und auch der Balkon konnte uns überzeugen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und in Summe merkt man die Saison, die nicht zum Objekt passt. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, der Preis passt gut, wir würden wieder hier buchen.
