Das Haus ist toll gestaltet, kreativ und doch mit Bezug zur Tradition

Leider will man für meinen Geschmack zu viel auf einmal - ein gehobenes Hotel mit Spa und gutem Restaurant + gleichzeitig eine Eventlocation für eine ziemlich laute Hochzeit + ein Biergarten mit Tagesgästen, die direkt über dem Spa Bereich sind und Fotos davon (inkl. der Personen dort) machen. Leider hat in besagter Nacht die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht funktioniert und so war es brüllend heiß unterm Dach. Techniker konnten das Problem nicht lösen und empfahlen das Fenster überm Bett nachts offen zu lassen, wegen immer wieder einsetzendem Regen wurde daraus nichts. Wie empfohlen sprachen wir das am nächsten Morgen beim Checkout an - man kam uns zwar beim Essen und den Getränken entgegen, wollte sich bzgl. dem Zimmerpreis aber mit der Hotelführung besprechen. Den versprochenen Anruf der Hotelleitung am nächsten Werktag gab es leider nie. Ich verstehe, dass technische Probleme passieren können, aber es ist sehr ärgerlich für uns als Gäste da wir in Betracht gezogen haben lieber im Auto zu schlafen und das, ausgerechnet am Geburtstag, den Tag etwas verdorben hat

Absolument tout ! L’établissement est extraordinaire. Les chambres décorées avec goût sont très confortables. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux. Le personnel très professionnel est aimable et se donne beaucoup de mal pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. La piscine est topissime. Nous reviendrons c’est sûr.

Le lieu est juste magnifique ! L’établissement a été fait avec des matériaux de très bonne qualité. Les chambres sont belles, spacieuses et très bien équipées. Nous avons passé une agréable soirée sur la terrasse du restaurant. Le dîner était bon avec un personnel très agréable merci

An unforgettable stay in the heart of the Black Forest! Our experience at Hotel Mundi was simply wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, with breathtaking views over the Black Forest and a peaceful atmosphere that instantly helps you unwind. The natural swimming pool was a real highlight, and the entire property is designed for relaxation. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a lovely Biergarten, comfortable rooms, an outstanding shower, and very comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. The restaurant was fantastic, with delicious food and excellent service. A special thank you to Samuel, Elisa and Camille, who were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. They truly made our experience even more memorable. We’d also like to thank a lovely member of the kitchen team from Syria, whose warmth and friendliness did not go unnoticed. The location is perfect for exploring the Black Forest, with beautiful roads, easy parking and access to wonderful hiking trails. And of course, enjoying authentic Black Forest cake in the region made the experience even more special. This was a truly rewarding stay and one that left us wanting more. We would happily give it 10/10 and cannot wait to return.

Elegant and beautiful location. Great facilities.

Pretentious. Don’t like English speakers. No cell and poor internet. Restaurant is beautiful, but food is hit and miss.

La posizione impagabile, la vista indimenticabile dominante sulla vallata, romantica rilassante che trasmette subito pace e ti mette di buon umore. La struttura è moderna, pulita ma con un tocco di carattere tipico, una piscina inserita in un contesti naturale con a lato uno stagno, il tutto molto equilibrato. L’architettura in sé ha un bellissimo equilibrio tra non troppo moderno ed artificiale con dei forti richiami alle origini e alle tradizioni. La camera era molto bella luminosissima essenziale.

Il menù forse andrebbe integrato con qualche piatto. La camera dove ho soggiornato è posizionata proprio sotto la cucina e da essa saliva un odore molto forte di fritto. (Da un hotel appena ristrutturato mi aspetto un ottimo impianto di areazione non che gli odori mi arrivino in camera)
