El hotel estaba cerrado cuando llegué.

El hotel estaba cerrado cuando llegué،a la 1:00 de la madrugada. Pasé la noche en la entrada del hotel sentado en una silla a cuatro grados . No contestaban al teléfono. No había nadie en la recepción Y avisé de que iva a llegar tarde.

Da konnte einen nichts gefallen !

30.08.2025 ! Check In bis 23:00 Uhr, unsere Ankunft Gegen 21:00 Uhr! "Leider kein Zimmer frei", bekommt man bei Ankunft gesagt, obwohl die Buchnung schon am 19.08.2025 bestätigt wurde. Es liegen seit Buchung Email-Adresse, sowie Telefonnummer vor, aber keinerlei Info, auch kein alternativ Angebot gibt es! In keinster Art und Weise empfehlungswert !

"Ekelhaft und unverschämt"

Nichts

Das Zimmer hatte KEIN FENSTER. Es war unmöglich, dort einzuschlafen. Es war schmutzig, sogar das Kopfkissen war schmutzig. Im Zimmer waren Silberfischchen sowie Spinnen. Zwei Nächte waren bereits bezahlt. Nach der ersten schlaflosen Nacht wollte ich die 2. Nacht stornieren, aber nicht mal um 8 Uhr morgens war die Rezeption besetzt. Habe dann das Hotel verlassen, ohne die 2. Nacht dort in Anspruch zu nehmen. Per Mail habe ich eine Bitte um Rückerstattung der 2. Nacht gesendet, und keinerlei Antwort erhalten.
