It is a nice Hotel w/ nice staff. Location is so close to S-bahn train which takes you directly to the Koln city center in 15 min. Thanks for everything.

Super friendly, great room, lovely atmosphere, we had an amazing time🙏 They even offered us a piece of Panettone. We will definitely come back.

Very close to the lovenich railway station and a number of local shops. Parking was easy. Nice area easy to get to. Clean. We would stay again simply because of the location. Didn't get to the restaurant but it looked and sounded lively.

Not a double bed, two single beds pushed together, the room was a little bit small, but that was only a problem due to our baby cot. Parking was blocked one of our nights as the downstairs is a thriving restaurant and customers park nearby. There was no interaction with staff outside of prior messages during our stay. Bit noisy at times due to the restaurant.

The staff were friendly and considerate. The whole set up is run basically without any staff present or a front desk but worked out surprisingly well. Perfect location with restaurants and backeries within less than a 5 minute walk. 4 minute walk to the trakn station. Next to a road but very quite and chill.

Parking can be tricky. They have room for at most 5 parking spots on premises but there are other free parking spots on both sides of the road. Still worked out for us.

There was one staff member who was quite nice and polite. It was 4 mins from the S-Bahn Station, but there are trains only every 20 mins to Köln Hbf

There were several issues with this place. The main issue was that the room we got didn't resemble the room we thought we were getting. We booked a room with a double bed. Instead we got a room which has two single beds. We would have just joined them together but there was a concrete pillar separating them. When we asked the staff, they blamed Booking.com saying that the room described on the website doesn't exist on their premises which is very fishy! To make things worse, the WiFi wasn't working properly, the TV didn't work at all (they promised us cable TV), the soap dispenser was empty, the floorboards in the room were broken, the dustbin lid was broken too and one of the windows could be opened but not closed. We did complain about the TV and there was a staff member who attempted to fix it for about 5 mins with no luck. It felt like they don't really maintain the rooms properly. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Especially after paying almost 100 euros for a single room!
