"Sehr gut, aber nicht perfekt"

Sehr freundliches Personal im familiengeführten Hotel. Einrichtung geschmackvoll im alpinen Stil. Halbpension mit Wahl des Hauptgangs. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war gut, hätte aber abwechslungsreicher sein können. Das Warmhalten der Spiegel- und Rühreier hat nur bedingt funktioniert. Leere Behälter wurden nicht oder nur auf Nachfrage wieder aufgefüllt (Gurken, gekochte Eier, …). Am Abend die Suppenvorspeisen waren mal zu wenig gewürzt, mal versalzen und mal perfekt. Bei Pasta mit Garnelen und Kirschtomaten als Hauptgang waren mir kleine 3 Garnelen und 1 Kirschtomate einfach zu wenig.

Moderne trifft Tradition, die Zimmer sind geräumig und man fühlt sich im Hotel direkt wohl. Der Ausblick in die Landschaft sowie der Wellnessbereich sind klasse.

Vegetarisches/Veganes Angebot immer nur auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage, obwohl es vorab angekündigt und kein Problem war. Wir haben zum Teil den "Kräuteraspekt" vermisst.
