Die Freundlichkeit von einzelnen Personen des Personals lässt sich verbessern. Man muss kein Unterhaltungskünstler sein, aber einfache Höflichkeitsformen kann auch eine introvertierte Persönlichkeit im Dienstleistungsbereich sich aneignen. Danke, bitte, guten Morgen, waren sie zufrieden , hat es geschmeckt, sollte schon mal über die Lippen kommen dürfen.
