Super zentrale Lage in der Altstadt. Sehr hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal. Attraktiv gestaltete Zimmer und Räumlichkeiten. Leckeres, schönes Restaurant mit gutem Frühstück-

Es fehlen Haken um Mäntel aufzuhängen. Die Kleiderstange ist nicht dafür geeignet.

Das Zimmer hatte einen phantastischen Ausblick auf das Fleth. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, besonders an der Rezeption. Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich.

Das Zimmer war etwas abgenutzt und die Parksituation war nicht ganz so gut.

Det var kaotiskt på frukosten, kaffet tog slut gång på gång och när vi påpekade hur länge vi väntat blev vi inte trevligt bemötta.

Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut 👍

Very helpful and friendly staff! Nice view from the room overlooking the canal. Ok breakfast.

Ordered a cup of tea at the hotel restaurant and was served hot water with a lemon. 😆. No tea leaf anywhere to be found. Asked the staff and they insisted that it was ”tea”.
