Die Lage war super und die Mitarbeiter sehr nett.

Wir hatten leider das Zimmer über dem Frühstücksraum, da hat man morgens die Gäste gehört.

Nur die zentrale Lage

Das Hotel ist schlicht, alt und wenig ansprechend. Die Beschreibung zum Parkplatzangebot und dem Preis stimmt nicht. Die lapidare Antwort "das hat booking halt noch nicht geändert" ist eine Zumutung. Enttäuschend ist das, wenn das Hotel nur aufgrund der falschen Angaben ausgewählt wurde. Zum Glück haben wir kein Frühstück gebucht. Es gibt in der Nähe viele gute Cafès und Bäckereien.

.das Zimmer war toll, sehr komfortabel .auf meinen Wunsch hin, haben wir ein Zimmer im EG bekommen..

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels mitten in der historischen Altstadt war hervorragend.

Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Zimmer mit einem Wasserkocher ausgestattet wären, oder auch eine Flasche Wasser wäre schön gewesen.

Das Fernsehgerät war leider nur nach mehrfacher Inanspruchnahme der Mitarbeiter bedienbar, Internetzugang ebenfalls !
