Boutique Hotel ma maison

It was well situates cycling the Elbe River route. The room was well appointed and had nice amenities.

There was no staff on site. When we arrived no one was there. We went to a shop next door and asked them to call both the cell number and landline. We are from North America and don’t have data. After trying for 30 minutes with no answer we went to the information office. A lovely woman tried the numbers and no answer. Then she wrote an email. The hotel person called and gave a code to enter the hotel. As we move each day I did not receive any email before we left our hotel in the morning. It was really frustrating as it poured rained and we had no where to go. We finally got in once we got the code. Then it said there was free wifi but no network name was given, only the password. None of the network names worked with the password. It was just a really frustrating experience. Hotel operators have to realize that not everyone has access to the internet at all times. Access to accommodations must be made easier if no one is going to be onsite.

the (top floor) room became and stayed very warm. I couldn't figure how to use the air-conditioning. ( I should have sought staff assistance.)

Hotel employees didn’t speak English.

Countryside and quiet environment. Decoration quite pleasant with a pleasant terrace/ garden

Welcome without any body and not speaking english (or almost) is not pleasant for international guest

Very good breakfast. Very nice host.

Sound insolation to the neighbor room go b better.
