Die Lage ist ok, wenn man den Verkehrslärm ausblendet. Sehr gut ist die direkte Nachbarschaft zum Bäcker und die Tiefgarage ist ebenfalls positiv zu bemerken.

Man sieht, dass die Räume schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, weshalb man abgestoßene Kanten an Möbeln oder Putz oder den ein oder anderen Fleck erklären kann. Außerdem ist die Sauberkeit zur und in der Tiefgarage nicht ideal.

Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Bad war neu. Sehr großes Zimmer mit Kitchenet und großer Kühlschrank. Nur der TV hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Sonst alles top !!!
