Convenient Location

I do not like to leave negative reviews and is in fact the first I have ever had to do but unfortunately now feel the need to. I arrived late and was not made aware of the building works being carried out on the outside wall of the room I was given. 6.45am wake up due to this and then from 07.00 lots of banging and drilling into what seemed to be the outside of the wall of my room. I asked to be moved to another room but was told this was not possible. As I was due to be working from the room during the day I had no option but to cancel the booking after this first night and find alternative accommodation at such late notice. Reception agreed to refund the full booking cost I paid upfront on arrival for the 3 days. Unfortunately after many communications and their agreement to still refund, I am still to receive any refund after 6 weeks of trying. Terrible customer service!

Ich war schön öfter hier und mag das Haus mit den komfortablen Zimmern und dem guten Frühstück.

Dieses Mal hatte ich ein Zimmer, dass nur über die außen angebrachte Feuertreppe zu erreichen war, ungünstige Raumaufteilung, schlecht zu lüften.

Enkelt och bra med allt. 24/7 reception. Perfekt för att sova en natt på resande fot.

Freundliches Personal, sauber, gepflegtes Zimmer, hervorragendes Frühstück, gute Parkmöglichkeiten
