The lobby. The front desk sent someone immediately to my room to take my breakfast food order.

The inside of the toilet bowl was stained, having to pay for drinking water, and no coffee. The non English lady at the restaurant hung up in my face when I was trying to order breakfast. She didn't even say "no Inglés" before hanging up. On short notice, it met my needs to stay at this hotel.

"Very good hotel close to everything in Santiago"

The hotel is very convenient. It is small but has everything you need. Located in Los Jardines, very close to everything and a lot of nice restaurants and cafes.
