The location, which was quiet and away from the noise of Centro Banos.

While I was able to watch TV, the set itself had problems with the picture quality.

I liked the location. It was close to everything. The staff was kind and nice. The balcony off the room was cool. There was a sink, microwave, and mini-fridge next to the balcony. There was also flatware. If you want to prepare your own food there, the place is perfect. They gave access to a swimming pool and wet area of another hotel.

In my room, the bathroom window was next to the stairs, so there was no privacy if you wanted to open it. The floor was not properly cleaned. There was no cable TV. The internet service wasn't good, and the TV lagged a lot. Overall, it didn't seem to be good value for the money we paid.

Schönes Hotel am Strandrand, kurzer Weg in Zentrum. Gute Dusche mit heissem Wasser. Hervorragendes Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl und ungewöhlich hoher Qualität. Super freundliches Personal. Gepäck konnte nach dem Check out gelagert werden. Zimmer mit Aussicht auf den Wasserfall. Spa kann im Partnerhotel kostenlos mit benutzt werden.

Hatte leider keinen zugänglichen Balkon. Hatte zuvor aber auch eine spezielle Zimmeranfrage gestellt - war dadurch vielleicht nicht möglich. Bett und Nachttisch wirken etwas veraltet und fehl am Platz in dem sonst schönen Zimmer. Drüsen der Wanne müssten gereinigt werden.

Das Hotel ist Klasse! Highlight ist natürlich der Whirlpool im Zimmer, aber auch ansonsten kann sich der Service sehen lassen. Das Frühstück ist lecker und es gibt diverse kleine Sitzecken im Hotel, die man gut zum Entspannen & lesen nutzen kann. Man kann auch einen Spa Bereich in einem anderen Hotel mitbenutzen, dieses ist aber knapp 30min mit dem Auto entfernt. Ist also mehr ein Gimmick als wirklich nützlich.
