My allergies had a few flare ups.

Staff went out of their way to make my staying comfortable. The food was delicious, and the location is very convenient for everything that I needed to accomplish in the center of Loja. Thank you all!

Beautiful 300+ year old historic building in excellent condition :) and good location. High ceiling rooms with authentic beauty and character. Wonderful food in the courtyard restaurant. Truly exceptional ! :) Resident family of little birds living in the hibiscus TREE in the high arching courtyard space. Best of all ..... Julia ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Receptionist and Manager Julia was an incredible help to me, with a lovely attitude of pleasure in giving service. In my case, I was struggling to find an a safe bus route crossing into Peru that did NOT include overnight hours. More difficult to find than one might think.... Julia kindly applied her intelligence and competent understanding to find a solution. She found a bus company with day routes and recommended a lovely hotel for my overnight stay enroute. Thanks to Julia's assistance, I had a most calm, pleasant and beautiful journey back to Peru, where I am now taking residence. Thank you, Julia ! Thanks also to the talented chef :) Who introduced me to several delicious tradional dishes PLUS created the most delicious cupcake I have ever tasted ! :) !

Beautiful renovated property in the heart of Loja . We could walk safely to all sights . Easy access to shops and restaurants nearby Lovely garden courtyard restaurant in hotel. Great staff Bedroom huge with great shower

In the bedroom we were in there was a huge sky light the size of the bed that had no cover so very bright early morning light

This such a beautiful property and it’s wonderful to go back in time when you stay there. It’s been preserved beautifully. The rooms are lovely and the food is excellent. Great central location as well. A big thanks also to Julia and Sandiego on the front desk who were amazing.

The location is ideal. Room was large. Staff were very helpful.

For the size and quality of the hotel, I would expect more than one towel. Also, there is no closet and just two hangers for a clothes rack.

I love the historical context involved with my school La Porciuncula alumni and benefactor Sra. Rosa Amalia Valdiviezo. Great memories!
