Didn't eat breakfast

There was no electricity early morning until late in the evening. Bought myself a flash light. Mohammed the owner played games with my passport and kept my residence visa. Would not recommend Sababa there are much better places to stay. MONICA HOTEL IN DAHAB is one of the best and extremely comfortable and affordable they were fully booked as usual, my bad luck

*Friendly staff, helpful and understanding. *Close to everywhere. *Safe to stay in. *Clean beds and toilets. *Bone chilling AC. *Tasty egyptian breakfast. *Nice turkish coffee. *The view from the roof. *Effective if you're for a safe, clean place to sleep, if you're planning to spend enjoying dahab's outings. *Staff allowed my friend to use my room and its facilities during my stay.

*Hearing all the noises/conversations due to a noticeable gap between the room door and its frame *Staff smoking directly opposite my room, and i could smell it when i am inside. *The cafe has been playing loud music all day long, and most of its guests are smokers.

The breakfast was good. The only saving grace. The server was very nice and kind.

There was no nice welcome. We arrived about 6pm and we had to get the receptionist's attention, she was on her mobile and completely ignored us to start with. We were then shown a room 2 metres from reception which smelt of chemicals terribly. We refused it and another man offered us another room at the other end of the hall which was satisfactory. The tap water was sea water as we found out after making a cup of tea! We didn't get any sleep as there were men going in and out of the hotel and up and down the wooden stairs making a lot of noise all night! The woman next door complained twice during the night which made no difference. There is no WiFi in the room. It was our worst experience of staying in a hotel. It wasn't cheap either. We thought we'd stay in a nice hotel for our last night of the holiday. Shocking how bad it was!
