Location was excellent

They mentioned that they have private beach direct sea access, but after we arrived we found that access to the beach is for a limited time from 8.00 am to 11.59 am during breakfast time even this time you can sit on dining tables only, Or you can pay for day use extra fee to enjoy the beach and the chezlongs, How come I'm a guest and I have to pay for day use fees!! , this need to be announced before booking and let me decide otherwise they are no honest, I will not drive 515 km from Cairo to stay in a room without access to the beach specially they don't have pool.

From the first look it's very welcoming atmosphere ..The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful and They always greeting and smiling 😊 The location of the hotel is great and it's at the centre of everything u need , The room was very cleaned so i like it so much at all 👍
