Grand Hotel Qena

The room was large & very clean, the bed so comfortable and the bedding very clean. Great fridge & air conditioning worked great. Room was looking on to street and it is very noisy but we knew that on booking. Lift didn't work the day after check in. And the toilet didn't flush, you had to use the attached bidet shower, to flush the toilet, spoke to another couple who said theirs was the same, and in the place we ate food that night was the same maybe a water shortage. Didn't bother with breakfast with all the reviews about it, we headed off to Dendera at 6.45 ready for opening.

For this price it is the best hotel I have ever been. You can hear some noise from the street… the breakfast isn’t very good… but the room is a good size, the Wi-Fi works well, the shower has hot water, the AC works.

The food was not enough and I had to pay an extra charge for more than one hot drink,not enough space at the lobby

Everything is fine, the staff is excellent, there is breakfast.

The room was cool in the evening.

The room had everything needed. Comfortable mattress and pillow. Breakfast was great. The price of the room is excellent. Prime location as well

The shower and the electrical fan close by so switched the fan off as was worried… There was shouting in the hallway early morning so woke me up.
