Poor housekeeping Poor maintenance

Das Zimmer / Appartment war sehr modern eingerichtet - die Einrichtung absolute Bestnote. Bett hart und super gemütlich. Hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, was sehr schön gewesen ist. Die Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht und stets freundlich.

Es waren nahezu keine weiteren Gäste im Hotel, das Frühstück habe ich mir angeschaut, war aber eher nützlich als vielfältig. Die Duschkabine war undicht, so dass das Badezimmer eine riesige Pfütze war. Deutlicher Nachholbedarf beim Zimmerservice - Aschenbecher nicht immer entleert, Mülleimer nicht geleert.

The hotel is part of a complex of hotels, vila, apartments. Well located and with security check at the entrance. There is a free internal transfer that can pick you up at the gate and take you to your hotel. Once you enter the reception, the smell from the diffuser is perfect!! The hotel is very clean, the garden and swimming pool where in a good condition, all the rooms stunning views, some of the pool only, some of the pool + sea and some only the sea. It is very quiet, ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The apartment itself had everything we needed for 2 days.

Breakfast had not big variety of fruits and juices, the coffee machine could have been more professional instead of a similar I have at home. Staff in the restaurant could barely speak English. The kitchen supply is the apartment was almost none. The bathroom had a window that could not be open and had an extractor. Better to open than window than have an electrical extractor working to dry out the air.

Astonishing... Probably one of the very best location in Hurghada. The view is superb, the place is quiet, it has many swimming pool and a very decent access to the sea. I highly recommend it.

The kitchenware in the suite is definitely VERY poor. But ask and you might receive what you need.
