La limpieza, las empleadas dejan las habitaciones impolutas. La habitación no es muy grande pero esta todo como nuevo. El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente se ve todo el paisaje bonito de Pechon.

El hotel está bien pero en relación calidad precio el coste es un poco caro

The location of the hotel was great for access to the beach and some great scenery. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast were good. I would like to highlight that the breakfast staff were particularly helpful and welcoming.

It's a shame to have to highlight what wasn't good as we had such a good holiday but in hindsight and with now knowing more about the area we would have benefited from another hotel. In the hotel we had a family room that was meant to cater for 3 people but we struggled with the room size and bathroom. There was very little room to fit the beds in the room which meant to open the velux doors for light or access to the balcony was really difficult. The bathroom was one of the smallest I'd ever seen and having a shower meant most things got wet. In the end we spent very little time in the hotel as t was not a relaxing space. But I must say Cantabria was fantastic and exceeded our expectations as a holiday destination. From the scenery, culture and people. As I said above it's a shame to highlight what wasn't good as we all enjoyed this holiday and the hotel was such a small part of it that it didn't distract from our enjoyment

The staff were friendly

There were dogs barking all throughout the hotel at all times of the night and morning - I was woke really early both nights of my stay. There was a smell of sewage in my room.

Los colchones de las camas muy malos.

La ubicación, el hotel, habitaciones correctas y limpias, personal amable.

Ruidos, el hotel admite mascotas y si toca una habitación contigua con perro y ladra, se oye todo. Debería estar mejor insonorizado el general. El baño olía a tubería.
