"Good hotel, but no nearby parking!"

It was a very good stay as a welcome break on our road trip. They accept pets - which is wonderful. The location is very good and central, plenty of restaurants and bars around. I really enjoyed the large room and the young member of staff was extremely helpful and good communication in English. The other members (I saw) only speak Spanish. Certainyl would stay again keeping the parking issue in mind. Certainly recommended.

No parking close to the hotel. Despite the fact they state "parking by request" or something like that, don't be fooled, that doesn't happen. I even doubt one can drive to the hotel entrance. The street/pavement was blocked when I visited and there was a city event going on. Public car parks are located around 2 blocks away from the hotel.

¡La ubicación es inmejorable! El trato cercano y atento de los propietarios hace que la estancia especial. Las instalaciones, aunque antiguas, están llenas de encanto y personalidad. Es cierto que la antigüedad puede restar algo de confort, pero en este caso el carácter y la experiencia que ofrece lo compensan. Ormazabal es un lugar con alma.

No puede decir nada malo del alojamiento.
