La ubicación y el parking son de primera! El trato del personal inigualable. Las bebidas de cortesía en el frigo se aprecian!

Las almohadas son muy duras y grandes. El horario del desayuno es un poco limitado. Quizás en fin de semana hasta las 11 am estaría mejor.. La decoración un poco too much para una casa espectacular... distrae la atención de lo bonito del edificio.

"Not how it looks in the brochure"

Beautiful quaint old building. Lovely staff. Nice breakfast.

Booked a suite with a balcony. Balcony was so small it was impossible to sit out on. Room & lounge were musty which made all of our clothes smell terrible. No bar facilities in the hotel only a breakfast room. Hotel is on a very busy street. Our room looked directly into somebody’s apartment which was really impersonal.

"Verblijf was zo goed dat we een volgende keer weer naar dezelfde lokatie gaan."

De accommodatie was perfect. Het ontbijt was heel goed verzorgd. We konden elke ochtend een vrije keuze maken wat betrof een gebakken ei. De eigenaresse was zo vriendelijk op de dag van ons vertrek, om 16.00u in de middag, ons de sleutel te geven van de ingang van het pand zodat we onze opgeslagen bagage op konden halen. Het waren 4 perfecte dagen.

Niets voor ons alle. ( 6 personen )

El trato, amable, cercano,cariñoso, te tratan desde el primer día con una amabilidad difícil de encontrar en otro hotel, no te sientes como un cliente, te sientes como alguien de la familia. Las instalaciones son mucho mejor en persona que lo que se ve en la web. Cualquier cosa incluso a nivel personal no dudes en preguntar que todos harán cuanto estén en sus manos. El desayuno mucha variedad y cualquier cosa que no haya te lo hacen al momento. El sitio ideal, en pleno centro de Estepona y nada lejos de la playa.

En mi caso, todo ideal.
