Staff were very friendly and helpful especially at check in. I asked for a different room nearer the pool and it was no problem Room was cleaned daily and towels changed Food selection at breakfast was excellent

El personal era muy majo y profesional. La ubicación está perfecta.

Las instalaciones son bastante antiguas, haría falta renovarlas. También falta café y agua en las habitaciones (para un hotel de 4 estrellas).

Super lokalita, family pokoj pohodlný, čistý. Snídaně a večeře chutné, dalo se chodit do dvou restaurací.

On approach to the hotel the outside looked impressive and liked the security measures. The hotel was very clean both inside and outside - the house keeping lady for our room was very friendly and thorough - room 2032. The outside space was very good on out pool access terrace and plenty of seats around the resort. Happy hour 2 for 1 was good, the frozen mango daiquiris were lush.

I cannot lie, I was disappointed on the size of the room, I’d go as far as saying it has been the smallest hotel room I have stayed in and it was not cheap. The room decor definitely needs updating, no storage in the bathroom or a bidet. I did ask at the pool area if we were able to have a parasol as I cannot lie too long in the sun ( I have PLE and need to be careful with exposure) and was told it was not possible; pool access room, I do think paying extra for this room should come with a parasol and cannot believe it doesn’t. There was a bit of water showing through the ceiling tiles in the bathroom which a member of staff thought was condensation so left it at that. During the last night we stayed this became a leak. I heard something all night that I thought it was coming from outside as kept me awake until I stepped into the bathroom and slipped on a pool of water and luckily saved myself as could have been a nasty fall. I had to lay towels along the full floor. The bar staff were pretty slow and did not receive a smile one from anyone of them.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Otel gayet temizdi. Yatak rahattı. Denize çok yakın. Olanakları yeterli. En sevdiğimiz şey bize akşam yemeğini ikram etmeleriydi. Odamızın da kendine ait bahçesi ve şezlongları vardı. Bahçemizden doğrudan havuza açılıyordu.

Kahvaltı bizim için biraz zayıftı.
