Experiencia horrible y ladrones

La habitación tenía un olor a tabaco insoportable. El alojamiento no se correspondía con lo anunciado y el ambiente era completamente distinto al esperado. Tuve que abandonar el hotel y reservar otro alojamiento.

Habitación muy amplia, cómoda y limpia.

El olor a cerrado/ moqueta de la habitación, el desagüe de la bañera no tragaba y la atención telefónica para solicitar un desayuno que no nos han servido por estar saturados, pese al haberlo querido solicitar con una hora y media de antelación antea de abandonar la habitación. Si sirven a la habitación sin opción a cafetería, deben contemplar que el cliente pueda tener el desayuno, ya que el servicio es 24 horas.
