Super Lage und wunderschönes Aussicht, Das Essen war auch gut.Alles war super. ich komme gerne wieder.

Die Klimaanlage war in die ersten 3 Tagen so niedrig gestellt dass im gesamten Restaurant Leute mit Jacken zu sehen waren, nach meine Anmerkung an die Rezeption wurden sofort Maßnahmen genommen. Vielen Dank!

The hotel was lovely, it was in the perfect location for relaxing with the beach right behind it, and if you want to go to a club as the egg isn’t a far walk. The hotel was so clean with great facilities and the room was gorgeous!!! Rooms were soundproof with strong aircon. My friend has a gluten allergy and the staff dealt with it amazingly. The food truck food there is incredible too. The sunset bar was my favourite part, don’t need cafe mambo with that there!!! Highly recommend getting a sea view room for the view of sunset from your balcony.

Visually beautiful. Fantastic views. Sea breeze was lovely. Rooms spacious and nicely furnished. Good DJ’s on by the pool and not all the time so loved that music wasn’t pumping out 24/7. Food truck decent quality. Breakfast ok. Nothing special. Hotel price was excellent for what we got.

Bar prices a bit high. Would have liked a better quality food offer at lunch other than the food truck. Would have like somewhere more formal to sit down with less of a fast food menu and more quality choices.

The hotel has a great location and a very nice design. The food was tasty — while the variety was not huge, it was still sufficient and enjoyable. We also appreciated the honesty and helpfulness of the reception team when they returned an item we had lost. The welcome drink voucher was a nice gesture as well.

Unfortunately, the hygiene standards were disappointing. If you have allergies, the dust in the room may seriously bother you. There was a lot of dust under the beds, and even the bed sheets felt extremely dusty. The room cleaning seemed limited to simply organizing the room rather than properly cleaning it. Another issue was that complimentary water was provided only on the first day and was not replenished afterward. We also did not feel very welcomed during checkout. The reception staff did not ask how our stay was or show much interest, which made us feel more like unwanted guests than valued customers. Communication with some hotel staff members was also poor. At the bar, I ordered an Americano from the menu and was told it was unavailable. Then I asked for a milkshake and was told to go to the pool bar instead. When I mentioned that unavailable items should perhaps not remain on the menu, the response was simply “tell the reception” in a rather uninterested manner.
