The hotel is very near the metro and train station. The room was big enough. The staff members were amazing and helpful. Also, the hotel has a good security system with facial recognition.

The room has some kind of smell.

The staff were friendly, and although the receptionist didn't speak English, he was very patient with my poor Chinese, taking time to explain things and ask questions in different ways until I understood. The room was spacious, with a fridge and sofa. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom and toiletries were good. I had a corner room, so I had large windows on 2 sides with a great view of the railway station and city.

The carpet was rather worn and was full of what looked like cigarette burns. I think it was clean, but it was difficult to tell.

It was really comfortable!

The staff is really weak in English. The plug-ins and sockets are here of local type only.

Ms Lu is an asset to the hotel. She welcame and served us well. The room is with window and good size. The price includes breakfast
