Clean, modern hotel, great location next to beach. Friendly staff. Great breakfast selection. Rooftop pool relaxing vibe, fabulous 360 degree views including Palma city. Surrounded by plenty of bars/ restaurants.

No hanging space for long dresses also no kettle although staff would give me hot water for my bedtime cup of tea.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived, I had several suitcases with me and my daughter was unwell. I politely asked the staff if they could assist with the luggage, but they refused, stating that they did not provide that service. As a result, I had to drag the luggage myself and leave it in a corner. Later, when I was heading to my room, I asked the reception team for a contact number for the front desk. Surprisingly, they told me they did not know it. The breakfast experience was even worse. Although there were still 15 minutes remaining before breakfast service ended, a staff member came to my table and informed me that they would be closing in five minutes. At around 10:25 a.m., while breakfast service was still officially open, a waiter refused to let me get coffee or hot water from the machine. The staff throughout my stay were extremely rude and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

This was the most amazing hotel. The facilities were extremely clean, well managed and so convenient for restaurants, cafes and overall so close to the airport. I had a half board included in the package and wow the food was just amazing!

Good location across the road from the sandy beach. The room was well maintained, clean and functional. The staff were very kind and helpful.

While I enjoyed my stay, I felt the food quality could be improved a bit, as some salads and cooked meals did not quite feel freshly made. As a suggestion, it would be great to see more homemade and vegetarian options. Breakfast had a large selection of pastries, and the dinner desserts were mainly cream-based rather than, for example, cakes. Additionally, the pool area is on the smaller side, and the sun beds filled up quite quickly.
