Hicimos una reserva por problemas en nuestra vivienda por las inundaciones, necesitábamos aseando. El mismo día cancelamos porque ya disponiamos de agua corriente. Solicitamos la devolución del dinero y aun no nos han contestado. Ellos están a su negocio, pero en situaciones de necesidad su empatia es nula.
