HOTEL ALCAZAR

Bonjour j'ai effectué la réservation du 3 aout au 4 aout arrive entre 12h et 22h a l'hotel alcazar Crta de Pliego s/n Crta de Pliego s/n, 30170 Mula, Espagne Une fois arrivé l'hotel etais fermé et vide. J'aimerai etre renbourser sa va faire 1 semaine que j'ecris a l'etablissement et a booking sans reponse

No es la primera vez ya llevo muitos años venido a este hotel, me gusta porque esta en la ubicación que me viene muy bien, además el trato del personal es muy bueno

En este caso no tengo nada que decir, para mi todo muy bien.

A comida muito boa por um preço muito bom(recomendo a fritura mista de peixe) Não tem muito pra visitar mas pra passar uma noite como foi o nosso caso,top. Toda a gente muito simpática e atenciosa... Recomendo

Sadly it is difficult to judge this hotel objectively because on the night we stayed there was an incredibly noisy private party that went on until after 3 am and made sleep impossible. There was no warning of this and the staff simply shrugged their shoulders. Breakfast was very basic and dinner was not possible because of the private function. This was our worst night in a hotel for years.

Nice and relaxing.

The washroom was clean

I stuck in the lift,and was ringing the bell and banging the door for more than 15 minutes.. But they were deaf... After the checkout i found no one on reception so i just left the key on reception

Good, clean hotel room.

Issue with the shower leaking all over the floor because the shower door wouldn't close.
