Gentilezza, disponibilità, la presenza di un bar e ristorante, la vicinanza al sentiero per il Cammino di Santiago e dell'autobus. Pulizia, tanta cortesia e piccoli gesti di generosità ( un bollitore, uno stendono, dei dolcetti per il viaggio)
