Es muy acogedor. La cama es súper cómoda. De las pocas veces que me hospedo en algún sitio y duermo bien y sin dolor de cuello. El sitio calentito se estaba muy agusto. El desayuno espectacular. Unas vistas a la montaña preciosas porque además estaba nevado.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue negativa. Al solicitar algo tan básico como una factura, el trato por parte de la dirección fue totalmente inapropiado y poco profesional. La falta de disposición para resolver una gestión sencilla y la mala actitud mostrada desde el principio generaron una situación muy incómoda, impropia de un servicio de atención al cliente..No recomendaría este hotel.
