Hotel Castillo de Arteaga

It’s a pretty setting Mountain View’s. Staff were super friendly. Standard rooms are good.

The terrace room was actually quite small and underwhelming. Outdoor furniture broken. Stair way up to terrace felt a bit unstable and quite dangerous (big gaps without guard rails) Unclear what was complimentary and what was extra. No Mini bar list. Paid for a breakfast, was expecting the hot option as well but then learnt that was extra. No tea/coffee option in the room. No swimming pool and no local restaurants or bars to find alternate options. Quite expensive for what it is. Tries to be boutique, and the building is impressive and unique but a few things need improvement. Not good value for money.

L’emplacement au calme, le fait d’être dans un château ayant appartenu à l’impératrice Eugénie avec le luxe et l’apparat qui vont avec donnent à vivre une expérience rare dans l’hôtellerie !

De plek en de accommodatie was prachtig. Het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt en het eten was top!! Prachtige locatie om de omgeving te verkennen tussen St. Sebastián en Bilbao. Zeker de moeite waard!!
