Pessoal extramente simpático, muitos Portugueses entre os funcionários do hotel o que foi uma grata surpresa. O serviço de concierge muito eficiente.

O tempo de espera para fazer pedidos tanto no restaurante como na área da piscina, muito demorados e muitas vezes desatentos nas solicitações. Além de demorarem a tirar os pedidos também demora a trazer os pedidos principalmente na area da piscina

Struttura recente, camera molto spaziosa e colazione molto ricca!

Personale.del bar inesistente, abbiamo ordinato champagne con del serrano che non è mai arrivato, e peggio ancora il ragazzo del bar a cui abbiamo ordinato è sparito. Lettini in piscina ammuffiti; ristorante sul rooftop con menù scarso sia come proposta che come.qualita. Non rispecchia per nulla i criteri di un Leading Hotel, assolutamente!!!!!!!!! In fase di prenotazione ho chiesto letto matrimoniale e ne ho trovati due singoli. Assurdo. Su 10 luci in camera 5 non funzionavano.
