"Big noo! rude staff lie about refunds. scam house not hotel"

Super rude staff. was never treaded so bad. Stay away. Almudena Lopez who supposed to be chief of reception did not even came out to address the problem. booking was canceled by booking but hotel i srefusing the refund. Stay away!!

"Bijou 2 star hotel in middle of the town, great host. limited parking outside hotel, but safe. Clean, but basic faciliti"

Host very helpful, albeit language barrier between both parties 😉 location was in town centre , great for restaurants

No A/C , basic shower over a very small bath !
