La amabilidad del personal.

La experiencia del desayuno buffet fue muy decepcionante. Coincidió con el último día antes de que el hotel cerrara por temporada y se notaba que lo tenían totalmente descuidado. Faltaban muchos productos que el día anterior sí estaban, ya no quedaba zumo de naranja (que era para mi hija), el pan estaba reseco y en general la calidad había bajado claramente. Al comentarlo, la respuesta fue que “ya era lo que quedaba porque cerraban”. Me parece inaceptable: uno paga por un servicio completo y en condiciones, no por un buffet a medias solo porque sea el último día. Muy mala gestión y una falta de respeto hacia los clientes que aún estamos alojados.

La ubicación es fantástica, al final del pueblo, sin ruido alguno y cerca de todo

Las habitaciones son demasiado estrechas, sobran muebles, por lo menos en la que nosotros hemos estado

Las vistas, el servicio ( muy amable), la comida es básica pero a buena calidad. Me gusta el salón y piscina. No es delujo pero es muy relajante allí. Nos gustaron mucho.

No hay plancha en el dormitorio ni hervidor de agua.

La comida, estaba muy buena

Las fotos del anuncio del hotel no tienen nada que ver con lo que nos encontramos, el hotel, la piscina e instalaciones viejas y falta limpieza. Nos tocó una habitación horrorosa que el balcón daba a una pared y a las basuras.
