Le charme de l'établissement, la sympathie de César le propriétaire, la qualité du petit déjeuner à base de produits frais, le confort de la chambre, et enfin l'emplacement (juste en face de la ligne 1 de tram permettant d'accéder au centre ville historique en 10mn).
