The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was close to most tourist attractions. The staff alliwed us to use the breakfast room to eat our own dinner. Clean.

Over priced for a tired hotel. Breakfast was shocking which explained why we never saw anyone at breakfast. Poor selection and perishables not in ice or refrigerated. Packaged pastries which we didn't dare try. The bed was past it's use by date, the hair dryer didn't work, some mould in the bath/shower due to bad design. No smart TV.

Chambre correcte, literie assez bonne. Assez proche du centre, 20 minutes de la cathédrale, 10 minutes du quartier de Triana, très vivant.

Mais la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas au 4ème étage, on ne nous l’avait pas dit. Quand on leur en a fait la remarque ils ont accepté de nous changer de chambre mais c’était un peu tard. De plus le réfrigérateur n’était guère froid!

The staff was very attentive and the room was clean and comfortable. And the location was perfect.

The noise during the morning. I sleep pretty deep. So I slept in hotels before where I was warned beforehand of the noise and it never bothered me but if you are a lightsleeper I wouldn' t recommend this hotel. One morning we heared a really loud drill. The next morning it sounded like someone banging a door like 15 times in a row. That was also some kind of construction. But except that the hotel and the staff were amazing.

El aire acondicionado es con regulación central pasamos toda la estadía pasando mal informamos y no cambiaron la temperatura. Y también una cucaracha en el baño de la habitación

La proximité des principales attractions

Manque de confort en particulier salle de bain petite et la vue sur un mur est pas géniale
