"Service not up to the standard of the hotel."

Loved the decor of the property and the rooms were very comfortable. The views are amazing.

For the price you’re paying the service in the restaurants is appalling. Staff acting very busy and flustered and appearing very understaffed. Having to ask several times for service and items from orders being missed. Great hotel but eat out!

"Fabulous stay, with some small bumps"

The hotel is absolutely stunning and the staff are so wonderful and helpful. They manager the requests from our party of 12 well.

It's not an adult only hotel as we had assumed. There are many children at the hotel (at times) so expectations should be managed in terms of peace and quiet as there is only one pool (both for kids and adults).
