El trato del personal, muy humano y cercano, y la ubicación, muy cerca de la línea de metro que conecta con la estación Renfe en Atocha.

El ruido exterior (de la calle) e interior (de la habitación contigua), algo que en cierto modo afectó a la calidad del sueño, siendo ajeno a la excelente gestión de los trabajadores de la pensión.

Heel vriendelijk personeel, we voelden ons er erg welkom. Kamer was klein, maar groot genoeg. Hetzelfde geldt voor de badkamer. De locatie is werkelijk uitmuntend: in een rustuige straat, met reuring om de hoek, helemaal goed!
