Hospederia del Real Monasterio

Beautifully restored monastery building with imposing rooms and cloister area. Very well chosen selection of items for the breakfast buffet. One could want for nothing - but see comment below. Ample private parking - but see comment below.

Not complaints - simply suggestions. Would it not be possible to put a notice at the bottom car park - the one that everybody sees and uses upon arriving - showing that there is an upper car park on a level with and right next to the main entrance. This would avoid everybody having to lug their suitcases up three flights of steep stone stairs only to see the hidden car park when they arrive breathless at the top. Second point. The breakfast buffet has an impressive range of food but is really badly organised. The tables are in the cloister and aligned so that some are a considerable distance from the buffet. There are no trays available, and the buffet is seperated from the tables by a narrow door which opens inwards on a very strong spring and snaps shut like a mouse trap. Impossible to open if carrying plates or cups or glasses in both hands. So it's one hand and dozens of trips which clocks up the miles. The constant coming and going spoiled the peace of my breakfast. The personnel is not around when you would need to ask about non lactose milk or any other queries and only turns up later to start clearing your table before you are finished. A mess and could be so much better with a little thought.

El entorno y el edificio son preciosos.

Las habitaciones están un poquito deterioradas. Sobre todo el cuarto de baño

A localização da Hospedaria é muito perto do Real Mosteiro de Santa Maria de Guadalupe. O pequeno almoço é muito bom. O quarto era espaçoso, sossegado e muito simples. O edifício é histórico e vale a visita.

O quarto cheirava um pouco a mofo e podia estar mais moderno e mais confortável. A casa de banho estava bem.

Entorno y situación privilegiada..habitación enorme con techos altos ..situado al lado de la plaza .desayuno con no mucha variedad pero bien..

Solo puedo decir para mejorar que el colchón se hundía en la parte central ..

Cumplió perfectamente nuestras expectativas. Todo muy limpio y un ambiente muy tranquilo. La ubicación es magnífica. El personal es muy atento pero queremos destacar sobre todo la amabilidad, atención y profesionalidad de Margarita cuando estuvimos cenando en el Claustro y al día siguiente en el desayuno.
