A instalação é muito conservada, nova e moderna! Tudo impecável

A estadia acabou sendo boa graças à atuação da supervisora, mas tive uma experiência muito negativa na chegada. Cheguei ao hotel às 5h da manhã e fui apenas verificar a possibilidade de early check-in, sabendo que o horário oficial era às 14h. A primeira atendente, além de informar que não havia disponibilidade, disse que eu e minha mãe, de 60 anos, não poderíamos permanecer nas dependências do hotel e que deveríamos voltar apenas às 14h. Acabamos aguardando do lado de fora, no frio e com malas. Ao retornar para pedir informações, fomos atendidas por uma supervisora, que nos tratou com educação e empatia. Ela permitiu que ficássemos nas instalações do hotel e, cerca de 30 minutos depois, conseguiu disponibilizar um quarto para nós. Meu agradecimento à supervisora pelo excelente atendimento. Infelizmente, a postura da primeira funcionária foi bastante desagradável e deixou uma péssima primeira impressão do hotel.

El desayuno era bastante completo. Tenía variedad. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto.

Según llegamos nos atendió una chica que a penas nos habló y ni explicó dónde era el desayuno o si teníamos clave wifi (nos dió la tarjeta y poco más). La planta en la que estábamos se encontraba en obras, muebles por el pasillo, sucio de obra y además nos despertaron los obreros por la mañana.

Todo, habitaciones preciosas, cómodas, una limpieza que da gusto, la cama y las almohadas super, el personal muy amable y tener disponible todo el tiempo y gratis la máquina expendedora de café, chocolate,...recomendable 100 por ciento.
